Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major medical insurance providers in Saudi Arabia including BUPA, Tawuniya, MedGulf, Walaa, and many others. Please bring your insurance card when visiting. Contact us to confirm coverage before your appointment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring: your national ID or Iqama, your insurance card (if applicable), any previous medical reports or test results, and a list of any current medications. Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your appointment time. Simply call us, WhatsApp, or reply to your confirmation message. We understand that plans can change.

How long is a typical consultation?
